Communication and Media – We are looking for someone who has an eye for creativity, has knowledge and skill in website design, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and Canva. Someone who has good communication skills, works well with others, and is social media savvy. Responsibilities include designing promotional materials, working in our CRM to compose emails, forms, website management, podcasting, and social media oversight. Graphic design skills are a plus but not required.

Community Care Manager – We are looking for an individual who has a heart for their community, loves to help others, is organized, detailed, and can work with others well. Responsibilities include case management for the community, helping with The Lighthouse Food Bank, data tracking, and being involved in community events and outreach.

Care Manager – We are looking for an individual who has a heart for others, is able to supervise and manage the care of those in our residential addiction program, is detailed, organized, communicates well, works alongside others well, has strong problem solving and group leadership skills, and is familiar with biblical counseling. Responsibilities include supervising our residential programs, manage the residents, facilitate groups and classes as needed, provide biblically based direction and care as needed, track and report data, assist with our prison outreach program, and be involved in community events, etc…

PRN Care Manager – We are looking for someone to be on call to assist with care manager duties for the men we serve through our residential addiction program. (See Care Manager description)

Back Room Manager – We are looking for someone who has retail and management experience who can lead well, work with others, see the big picture, and encourage the team. Responsibilities include oversight and leadership of our warehouse team, moving product, the pickup/delivery of donation, organization, good communication skills, and big vision.

Pricer – We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of retail brands and value. Responsibilities include managing your pricing station, hanging, tagging and pricing merchandise for the sales floor. Retail experience a plus.
